Writing Spark #8
This is the boy everyones laughs at, who people whisper about, who hides. This is the boy who lost it all. His parents, his girlfriend, his sanity. He sits against this wall everyday, wondering why him. Thinknig about all the things that would of been if only his life had turned out differently, if only he hadn't walked out on his parents, maybe his parents would still be here. He'd be able to see his little sister. Teach her all the tihngs a big brother should. He'd be able to meet her first boyfriend, scare the living crap out of him. He'd be able to hold her when that boy broke her heart. If only he didn't cut himself off from the world, he'd still have his first love.
He pulls out the knife from his pocket, thinking that he'll be with his parents, thinking that by killing himself he'll show all the people who laughed, who called him a freak. He can finally end the pain he's in. He will be able to take a deep breath. But he doesn't. He will live, not for himself, but for his parents who's lives were taken so hastily. He simply takes the blade and glide it against his wrist as he has done so many times before. He lives for the numbing it gives him, it's just the break he needs. He watches the thick blood come pouring out of his wrists as he drops the knife and leans into pain. If only it weren't as deep.
